Yes, they do! Who does that? No one ethically charges you your entire annual deductible on the first month of the year. I will be seeking another supplier and I suggest all my brother and sister veterans do the same. Do not enable this company by participating in their shenanigans.

Mr. Meaders, We would like the opportunity to discuss this to determine if one of our staff members did not convey the purpose of this call correctly. At the beginning of each calendar year, our practice is to advise patients when their insurance plan may not cover the cost of the equipment that we provide. In this instance, we wanted to make you aware that the supplies in question may incur larger out of pocket costs than previous supply shipments due to the resetting of your plan's annual deductible. The purpose of these calls is not to collect a deductible at the time of the call; any attempt to collect would occur following the claim adjudication by your insurer.
