June 2021 Phillips lawsuit/recall September 2022 My prescription is still unfilled 16 months later! Actual veteran, actual review. Refusing to replace my recalled CPAP machine, refusing to fill a prescription from a doctor, and encouraging me to just stop using the machine if it is harmful. VA, Tricare, CPAP Medical, Phillips are all making a ton of money by forcing us to use these lethal products. The staff does a phenominal job of lying to patients! Thank you for your service. Your reply is ridiculous. Try to make your lies a little more realistic, especially when your profits increased by so much last year :) Congrats on all your success.

No matter what my issue they always help me find a resolution. Just the very best customer service you could hope for.

I've been calling this company since Feb 2022. I've sent all paperwork from the VA, and they yet still don't have a clue and keep getting the same run around.

Jason, the Director of Operations called directly to address my concerns. Just to give you the magnitude of their operations, CPAP Medical is not your normal DME because they only service Tricare customers and the service area is nationwide. As a result, they process and send out anywhere from 800 to 1000 shipments per day. With that many shipments, there is a small percentage of shipments that will have hiccups. When hiccups do occur, their customer service departments rectifies the problem right away. Keep up the great work Jason and team. Cheers!

Yes, they do! Who does that? No one ethically charges you your entire annual deductible on the first month of the year. I will be seeking another supplier and I suggest all my brother and sister veterans do the same. Do not enable this company by participating in their shenanigans.
Carma, Yes, a prescription from a medical professional is necessary for the purchase of a device or mask. A prescription is not required for a accessories to the device; i.e. filters, tubing, water chamber. If your health insurance benefits are to be billed for the equipment a prescription that meets your health plan requirements and in some cases a pre-authorization is necessary. We would be more than happy to speak with you about your specific scenario. Our business hours are M-F 9am-5pm (855) 281-2727

Doug, We unfortunately do not repair or provide oxygen concentrators. Have you called Philips Respironics to see if they can refer you to the closest repair facility? You may be able to rent a concentrator monthly from another durable medical equipment supplier in-town while you wait for repair. Very respectfully, -Chris @ CPAP Medical
