Do you need a library card to study there?? If so do you have to pay for it?

Hi, you do not need a library card to use our available space to study and to browse the shelves. But you do need one if you need to use our other services, such as public computer, borrowing materials, and to access our database remotely. Yes, you need a library card to check out movies and DVD. To study there no fee for that
