07/20/2019 one of the most hot days of the year and the AC dosnt work?!!! The service super slow, i was waitin 40 min for the pizza. Spending more than 100$ and getting this service is horrible

Normally the service at CEC is always on top, however, it must have been a bad day for employees and you also. I suggest you give them a second chance and they will sure change your opinion. Good luck!

Waiting 40 min. for the pizza is about right, even on a day when it is pretty empty. The service is always super slow and trying to find staff for help is difficult.
