Speaking The Truth

The food was a mess! The boxes were completely soggy all of the cheese was stuck on the box because the boxes caved in. The two slices were over done and the Sicilians were very stale and tasted funny. The beef pattie was over done as well. The grilled chicken wrap was ordered well done and the chicken was as white as can be. No grill marks, not well done, and the wrap itself was falling apart. This is disappointing and a disgrace to sell food of this disgusting manner!!! That’s false advertising, basically it’s like stealing money that we work so hard to make.The manager, Gino, was rude and nasty on the phone and would not even take responsibility for his actions and tried to blame the delivery person who has nothing to do with the quality of food. He was not apologetic at all and said he would give a refund which he hasn’t and yelled never go there again. As if I would be that stupid to order anything ever again from there!!!! People who work near by at the hospital have told me the food sucks and I never thought so until now. I agree 100%!!!!! The food is not even tasty but it’s edible especially when you’re rushing for a quick bite and you’re very hungry. Never again!! Do yourself a favor and run the other way!!!
