Hi i just called them. if you bring your own medical records it is 100 for the appointment if you dont have records the appointment will be 125 the state fee will be an additional 150 unless you get food stamps in that case it will be 75 for the state fee
250 I went on a day they had a deal I believe its usually 275 though
