Why is this being called "Village Medical" now? Did Heavens Medical CLOSE, or rename itself or???? I called and was on hold for 10 mins while the girl looked up my Doctor, to tell me there is NO DOCTOR there by that name!!?? WTH? Same # always used

So OVER an HOUR later, finally got to the bottom of the issue (which DOESN'T help my PROBLEM... (I will know more tomorrow hopefully!) Dr. Heavens is now with "VILLAGE Medical", however, not ALL Medical personnel transferred with him. I was advised to call back tomorrow, as it will be their first day in the new practice, and she will try to get answers at that time. I truly LOVED my my PCP (Dr. Sang), and prefer to NOT have to find a new PCP!!

Have the same problem. No letter or explanation

Dr. Heavens is no longer on Delaware nor up by Frys but is at the corner of Ironwood and Southern in Walgreens Drugs.
