I had a very pleasant experience at Heavens urgent care. I waited awhile, but thats expected. The staff were so very friendly. The receptionist handed our free first aid kits, because of the wait, and I loved the nurse and the Dr that I saw.

I had given this Urgent Care a good review previously but my last two visits have changed my mind. About a month ago I fell and hurt myself in the same parking lot where they're located. The doctor that saw me never even touched me my kneecap nor took the time to wipe out my badly scraped shoulder just sold me a pair of crutches and wrote me a prescription for an x-ray knowing I'm uninsured. Recently I came in for yet again another upper respiratory problem. The first day there was no doctor there the next day I got into see someone and was prescribed some antibiotics. A week later I felt like I still had the infection and Since I am sick a lot I know which antibiotics work I called back to the office and requested that the doctor call in another antibiotic since the one they prescribed was not working. They wanted me to come in and spend another $140 but being insured I asked that they asked that the doctor just to call it in and I was told they would ask the doctor and return my call they never did. I will find a different urgent care to go to now seems like the people I thought highly of are no longer there

Absolutely five star care at this Urgent Care. Not only was the staff really nice but the doctor was great and gave me a lot of valuable information about what he treated me for. Highly recommend!

Staff was awesome here, the woman working up front was very nice, friendly and compassionate! Dr. Heavens was very nice, listened to my issues, asked plenty of questions and made my visit very easy. Will use them in the future from now on as well as the rest of my family!

yes , we have rapid testing $ 50.00 not cover by insurance, and we have pcr testing which takes approx. 24 -48 hrs. for results. We are open daily no need for appointments. Our hours are 8am-6pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm weekends. Thank you
yes we have vaccines. please call 480-444-1160, or come in to add your name to a list. When we have 10 people we will call you to come in, usually within a couple of days.
