Why do you advertise sale price, but charge regular price on the register? This happened 2x now the 2nd time I didn't catch it. I think you guys are doing this on purpose.

Good evening, we sincerely apologize for this mistake. This happens and it goes both ways. To have this issue corrected moving forward we will have a price coordinator(an individual who scans the store daily) in place as of Monday. If you haven’t already received a refund for the mistake please tel any manager next time you come in and we will happily issue you a refund for our mistake.

Yes, we have resolved this issue and we do not have this issue any more. We are aware of the laws and we very rarely say no to our customers.

It is illegal to advertise a price then charge another at the register. When this happens report it to management then the state. This was a common problem in the 1990’s but when the state got involved and enforced the law, it got better.

Best to watch as they ring it up or check receipt before leaving in all stores. It use to happen alot at another store nearby too, but they seemed to correct the problem.
