How can you have a bar that don't accept debit card? Only some out of date 10$ fee ATM whom the owner watches like hawk and still be open? That's the question of the day

Scott, the atm is completely up to date and the fee is only $3(don't know where you got $10) We will be accepting credit cards before April 2019.
