This weekend I let a friend use my car not knowing she was very drunk. She hit my car and now doesn't want to pay for the damages saying its my fault for giving her the keys knowing she was drunk. I'd like to know what my options are please.

Anybody knows a good attorney to handle an accident case?

That depends on how good of a friend she is because if you pursue in filing a legal claim against her it could leave her exposed to criminal prosecution for dui. Does she have a car of her own with her own insurance? If so you can use the fact that she could be facing dui charges if you file a complaint to get her to give you her insurance info to file a claim through her insurance. Otherwise you would have to go thru your insurance company and they will most definitely pursue criminal charges against her because the last thing insurance companies like to do is pay out claims and there is a good chance that they will deny your claim since you probably can't prove w/o a doubt you had no idea she had been drinking even a sip of alcohol. It looks like you need to first decide how close a friend she is and if you decide not to risk your friendship and as long as no other vehicles were involved just file a claim thru your insurance for the damages and hope she covers deductible
