I am a resident of Michigan and while in Las Vegas from Oct. 3rd to Oct 9th, I was knocked down at the Rio Hotel on Wed., the 4th by an employee and had to go to the Trauma Resuscitation Dept of UMC for injuries I sustained. Can you help?

I don't know if you can sue for damages. Only for injuries.
