I have been a client of Michelle’s for over 10 years. And she and her staff are all AMAZING! They make you feel welcome once you arrive and ensure you have a great experience. They are not only stylists that care for your hair-they care for you as a person. They will go out of their way to ensure satisfaction. They are not only stylists-they are friends. For that I am grateful to be a client of Stylz Unlimited. When my father passed away in May, Michelle stopped what she was doing that day to ensure I was ok and was with me through the entire time. I truly appreciate her and her beautiful spirit. Her energy and spirit is infectious and resonates in her stylists. Thank you Stylz Unlimited!!!!!!
I disagree, I've been a client for over 5+yrs. There are very experienced stylist at this shop, no problems ever with my hair or my daughter. Your hair probably didn't hold well with the product. If you had a problem with your hair, it should have been addressed. I know for a fact you could have went back an talked with that particular stylist. And the owner and shop Mgr. are very understanding... You should give them another chance, perhaps experience it with another stylist.
