I have had good luck with android phone and ipad. Use Chrome if possible. Once i had to call to make sure the camera was on, they turn it off for breaks etc. Also the first time you use it they will give you your user/pass. Nice when u travel.
Mine is the same. If i am out of my house i can watch it. I think it has something to do with home settings?? I did ask the owners and they asked if they could see my phone but of course i didn't have it. Maybe i need to call Spectrum now that i am thinking about it.
Spectrum default is 5G and most cameras work on 2.4 so you might have better luck if you set up a separate login for 2.4G network
