Trust me. That is the last place that you would want to live. There is black mold growing in the ceilings causing old people to drop daily. And it's just awful the way that they treat their tenants they have their cars towed out from under them. Costing them hundreds of dollars each tow.. .. Just I would move anywhere other than there if I was you

I've been living there almost 14 years and have never had a problem. I heard they do except broken lease if it's over two years.
No they are a federally granted community complex. I wasn't approved with an over 5 yr broken lease and they check your credit...i now have an hard inquiry on my credit from them checking.
