This is the most non community friendly bank. Over the phone service is horrible. The drive through takes forever and they people who work there do not care about your money. As long as they get their service fees every month their happy.

If I have a bank acct at chase and my adult daughter does too. We do not sign on each other's acct. I want to loan her some money and I have her acct number. Can I just transfer from my savings to her check acct. By phone. Or can I call in to make a transfer, I am disabled and I don't get out much. Thank you.
