Mr Escobar we are greatly sorry that you are going thru a tough time. We handle over 1600 vehicles a month and try to accommodate all customers. We have to make appointments due to the volume so that when you do come to the location to redeem that you do not wait for hours. The phone calls are about 1200 a day so sometimes the wait on a call is longer then expected so we do apologize about the wait.
I agree. There is one very rude lady in customer service that actually hung up on me when I was just trying to understand what I needed to bring with me to my appointment. I was never rude once. So that statement about customer Service is as good as the caller is false, which leads me to believe that she is the one responding to the comment. She shouldn’t be in customer service whatsoever.
