Do I have to call to make an appointment

For service yes. To look at a car you can walk in or make an appointment.

No, not to look at cars. But for other business you might have to.

For service, yes....for any other reason its just first come serve. They were very friendly and helpful when we purchased our vehicle from them.

Also if your making a service call appointment don't procrastinate as the service shop appointment calendar gets filled up fast.
