The back door is where the line starts when called. It's opposite of the vending machines. You can see the busses on the other side of the glass wall. However, if you want to get a good seat or the best available, you need to sit as close it that entrance as early as possible. Priority seating seating goes first. But, even with that group, it is on a first come first serve basis.

Inside the bus terminal are screens that show when your bus is arriving/leaving. They will call your bus number that is on your ticket so you can go line up at the appropriate gate.
