Yes I think that they open on Saturday and they prob open around 11am or 12pm. You just have to Google the place to find out exactly if they give senior discounts not sure.
Sorry I didn't see the message earlier yes they open on Saturday I believe is at 11:00am and they have discounts for citizens and even for groups. This is a very good experience.
