Food is always good. But the service sucked and the place was a mess. And it wasn't busy so that pissed me off why we spent nearly 2 hours of being ignored. Management problems!

I go there all the time always had excellent service. They usually went above and beyond what is expected. Never had burnt food if i did would have sent it back
I've never really had a problem there. The food is basically decent Americanized Italian. At the same time, if you want better food, I would suggest B Napoli on Elm Street. That is really good Italian.
Sorry to hear that. Usually Riverdale rd olive garden is one of the better ones.
They do have some bad waiter and waitresses, but for the burnt food. Now that is uncalled for smh
