Does my son still have to complete the Teen Impact lessons since he is 18 now. He turned 18 in april after all the dps closed. So he still has his permit waiting to do his test this week.

After 18 I believe it's still required, but you can ask questions up there they are standing outside and they will answer questions but you will definitely need an appt to do the test. Impact takes the full 2 hours as a side note.

Yes I think it's required for every new driver or those having to take the road test again. The video is more on distracted driving. But yeah I had to take my impact lesson & I'm no teen. But I had to take it for my road test again.
