It's a 40$ fee when doing a delivery unless you have Total tech. Can't be more than 3 flights of steps.
Yes they do for a fee.as long as there're no gas connections. If there is you have to pay install fee for the new one.and before theu even show up with the new one they will be expecting the old one disconnected and empty.Hope this helps!
