If your getting it on a Direct Express card, u can't. If your wanting it to go to a Bank of your Preference, then after you set up your bank account, contact SSA and give them your Account # and Router #. If your doing it vice versa, still contact SSA that u no longer want to use that Bank and would like it on your Direct Express card
