I have been trying for many years to have my medical records sent to me. I still am waiting for them. I always get the run around when I request them. I am told they will send them to me in a few days. No luck. What gives?

Thank you Lakisha. I do not drive. I have been there many times and went to medical records. I requested my records, signed papers, waited for a few hours, then was told they were closing. I have to come back for them. It is a major runaround. I just do not know what to do. Maybe get a lawyer to get them.
