Jenna from Bangs on Transit doesn't know what she's doing but boy does she wing it with confidence. Went in for a perm, which she messed up. Came back for her to fix it and left with the worst hairstyle of my life. Contacted corporate and Melissa told me her and the manager at this location Alyssa had a chat and didn't think my hair looked bad. Thats cute right almost funny even. Melissa refuses to refund my money so i've decided to dedicate all my free time to make sure everyone knows how they treat their customers and luckily for me I have all day everyday to share my story and my 1 star review.

Always have a great experience here. My two sons have longer hair and fair better at a salon than a barber. Both were very happy with their cuts. I also get my hair colored and highlighted here, and have for many years. Never once was it a bad experience. All the stylists get the same training and they keep your information in their system. No appointments are taken so it’s on a walk in basis. There are times when there is a wait so maybe call Ahead and see how busy they are. Highly recommend.

Katie was great. 1st time at Bangs and diffenently going back. Katie did exactly what I wanted and gave some suggestions to help hide the grey.lol going back in 2 weeks to deal with grey hair.
