No. Print out your email receipt and get your tickets at the dock ticket building.
I bought my tickets online, then went to will call window at the dock. All I needed was my driver's license to get the tickets. Person whos name they are under, must be the person showing ID to get tickets.
No you pick up your tickets at the will call booth before you board the boat.
Emailed and then you usually print them out or you can buy them right there at the dock and I don't honestly know if they actually mail tickets to you
