Amiy and jennifer under age 4 is free. When you get there to check in tell them you have a child under 4 and they hand you a special boarding pass for them

I did not see anything that said no on the infants. It is free for children 4 and under.

Evening public cruises including the Friday Happy Hour and Dance Cruise and the Saturday Dinner and City Lights are age 21+ only. Children under the age of 5 are free on the daily cruises, but still need to be checked in at the ticket office for their free ticket.
