I missed 7 months and was considered a new donor. I received the new donor fees which is $1,100 right now
It really depends on how long it's been 1 year or more probably safe to assume you'll be a new donor
As long as it's less than 6 months, you can still be a return donor. After 6 months your considered new and may receive new donor fees.
