We do not pay donors. Carter BloodCare is a non-profit community blood center that supports patients in North, Central, and East Texas. When you donate with us, you’re giving back to the community! We often give out promotional items as a “thank you” and as you donate, you can redeem points in our donor store.
There was a recent deal for a $25 Visa gift card when you donate blood on a Monday or Tuesday. Not sure if it's still available.
You do not get paid, however you never walk out empty handed. Usually you'll get a Tshirt, gift card or coupons. Of course you'll get the satisfaction of knowing you helped your fellow man, woman and child. If you are looking for payment I would suggest plasma donation. It pays pretty good.
