Csl has horrible customer service they treat patients with no care. The lines are terrible u will be waiting for hours for a needle to suck your blood out ijs

I arrived at the center after being told to return from the lead lobotomeist . I am formed the staff of what I was told at The previous visit. The staff began to tell me I was misinformed so I told her I did not want to go back-and-forth with her if I could speak with a supervisor that will be great. She did not go get a supervisor but stepped away for a moment. When she stepped away I called the previous center that I donated it they inform me that I should not have any problems donating. I am informed them that I would love to come back to their center Because the staff at the center I was it was very rude. The staff I was dealing with came back to the booth At this point she asked me to get off of the phone and I did I looked for her name Tag and it was not visible. She then brought an employee who she called Brandy to the booth with her. Brandy stated that my veins were viable. I was then told to wait for medical I did I asked for some crackers and she said only new donors recei
