Can I mail a title only form in to the kingston office or do I physically have to go there.

I made an appointment at the Ulster DMV, had all my forms printed out and filled out. I was in and out in about 10 minutes on May 24th. I transferred title and received new plates too. Much easier and faster and easier too.

You can mail ot in. But. You have to srnd in a copy of insurance and your DL Plus a blank check mafe payable to DMV You can order it online. Its alot faster..
