You need to make a appointment online on there wedsite and from there you need to make a email with your name and last name and your birthday year Thats how i did mine couple of weeks ago and I already have my new passport

I already did, but there's nothing available 😕 I created my account 3 months ago and still, no available appointments for Dallas or Houston.
