CPS feels like they can threaten and intimidate families they say they are to protect children which is a lie. Look at all the cases that the children have died from them removing them from the parents. CPS destroys families and causes lots of stress and conflicts by removing child or one parent out of home. worse part of situation you have to wait for them to have time to respond or call or text you.. they dont follow handbook procedures either.. I have an open case which I plan to process with consumer affairs for not following cps regulations and procedures.. wish you the best of luck . I'm sorry to hear what you're going through. Personally, if I were you, I'd look at making a civil lawsuit against those that specifically are involved in your case.
