You can bring your own ammunition, as long as it is your firearm, if you have to use the ones from the range for rent. There are always some restrictions like armor piercing or incendiary rounds.

Yes, bring your own weapon and shoot your own ammunition. They only want to earn more money by requiring rental customers to buy ammunition. Keep in mind that in the United States you must be a US citizen to own a firearm.

On the 25 yard rifle range, will they permit me to fire my Barrett M99 .50 BMG rifle? I have .50 BMG cartridges that are loaded with jacketed/lead core or jacketed/steel core sptizers, as well as some that are loaded with AP bullets.
