Easier to cancel? I have been trying for almost 6 months to cancel my monthly membership. The web site won't let me cancel it, so I went to one of their ranges. Was told I have to do it online! I finally got someone to assist me and they confirmed it was cancelled. Then I got billed again 30 days later. Today will be the 4th time I go in person to cancel.
The company as I understand it became convinced it was easier to do monthly with an auto draw. Also makes it easier to cancel if you need to.
I still have a membership, are they not letting you pay the year in full now?
