What times do the customer service to return items close and for weekends too?

At 7pm today? Also, if It can be to any stores other than hanford to return the item? Customer service department are not working lol they don't do anything at all but Stand there. They don't even have people around the electrics, fishings, or auto parts area if need assistance to ask questions
