What is the space rent? Do you have any mobiles for sale?
One bedroom is all one would need if there is only one or maybe even two it would accommodate nicley. I thought they were ideal for the single person and pretty affordable too. But there's no empty apartments rn but that changes all the time. I'd just look again and contact management if possible to see the occupancy of all the spots. š
it has 6 apartments but they are all occupied and not truely worth it thwy are only one bedroom
