I spend 800 on a lg fridge. Didnt have it long and it broke down. They keept comeing over to working on it and no luck. Eventualy switched it out for a similar fridge. Its been about a year and it broke down, on the second fridge from them. I payed for profesional company to come fix it. (Sears). Fridge wont hold temp. They opened it up, wrong compressor and damaged, wasnt new part for the unit, wires cut and jimmy riged all the way to the lectronic board. They sead it wasnt fixable. If he messed with the jimmry rig of wires he might blow the security board. Im out 800 and need to save money for a new fridge. I have bought a couple other items off them and every perches need them to come work on there stuff in a short amount of time. Dont waist your money go somewear else. Dont buy from synergy appliances, waist of time and money.

I telephoned and the guy hung up on me. Very unprofessional. Called back and the guy was driving. I just had a refrigerator to give them for resale. I also have rentals and was looking for a place to buy appliances. Looking at the other customer reviews, I am glad I didn't buy from them.

I bought a Fridge and a Dyer for a reasonable price with 30 day warranty. The fridge works great however they dryer did not want to blow hot air after the 60th day . 1. Called in to have it serviced but they never reached back to me. I called a second time and left a message and still no answer back. Im down $300... oh well Great people but their service is not the best. Be aware when buying used appliances.
