Can I take my stroller on the trails?

I wouldn't suggest it.

There is one trail to the left of the park over by the swings that would be fine. I wouldn't by the falls

I wouldn't bring a stroller down any of the trails.

Depending on where you go, It's a bit rough and the trails can get overgrown. If you're just going down to the falls, that is a little better maintained but you still have to traverse the steep staircase. Hope that helps.
