Is the crime rate still high? Also are there still roach infestations? Don't want to waste my time looking into a dump of a complex.

Dont move here, this place is terrible.

Heard about three break-in in last one month in apartments of people I know. Please do through analysis on claims of improvement before moving in.

I will say crime rate is moderate, still exists. New manager working hard to improve the things here, but still there is a much scope of improvement. They installed camera and started patrolling. No cockroach so far at my apartment .
