I Nevered Like to go get My WIC @ Walmart or Any Store.I Suggest going to The WIC Stores there is 2# of them Next to the Old Sanger Hospital & one Academy Next to little Ceiser s Pizza. It's Better! You Get What You Need & NO Long Lines! I Really DKN? Why? Sometimes it Could be the Stores. Ask More Info. When Going to Your WIC Appointment s Or WIC Stores. I Hope Your Pregnancy Goes Well & Happy. When I got WIC none of the stores labeled anything and it was up to you to figure it out and many times it was difficult especially with the cereal because of the packaging the ounces never added up for what was required. I don't believe they are required to label things but it sure makes it easier. Maybe it's something that's been over looked at Sanger Walmart and you should bring it to their attention and perhaps they will fix the issue or you can do as Linda suggested and go directly to the WIC store where everything is WIC and if you need help they will assist you until you get the hang of it and can do it at Walmart even without labels while you do other shopping.
You shouldn't have to refer to your booklet though. I've been to the Dinuba one and they have it marked.
They don't label their products. You have to refer to your WIC booklet to see what qualifies.
