It depends on the day. I'm sure mornings are pretty slow compared to nights but it still depends on people deciding to go as there are no events to draw a crowd.
Mornings 7a-11a are the slowest, especially Sat am The only exception is Sun morning. People who arrived after 4am are still there while others start arriving for Sunday afternoon fun.
