I'm surprised they answered anywhere in that store to be honest. Employees there are always rude and act like you're taking time from their personal lives to help find items or answer a question.
Yes, they know how to answer the phone, but will not interrupt the service they are giving to a customer in the center. How would you feel if they stopped giving you service to answer the phone every few mins. If it's a general question the ladies that are in charge of the phone system should answer the question.
