I believe you can get a 1 day pass at customer service. You can also go in with someone that has a membership and buy things with their card as long as they are with you.

Costco accept debit cards but the only credit card they take is Visa. I don't know if the Lone Star card has a Visa symbol on it or not but if it does they should be able to take it.

Two wheel scooters I doubt are allowed inside any club, however if you referring to motorized handicap shopping carts then as a member of both Sam's Club and Costco I can state for certain that both clubs have them. I posted a picture of the "scooters ".

They refill several different brands, just call them and they'll be able to tell you which ones and the pricing. We get ours refilled often, never had a issue with them.

Visa is the only brand of credit card that Costco accepts at this time, but they will accept any debit card.
