Yes, you can. Each company has a different activation fee for them. Anything over 2,500 must be done at the service desk or if there is multiple cards also done at the service desk. Make sure to look at the card before buying cause some have a pacific amount for use on that card.Others have limitations on them as to were they can be used
You can purchase a WalMart Visa Gift Card and as far as I know you can put as much money on the card as you want. Since WalMart carries item's that have a sticker price that would be equal to or exceed that amount I don't think that would be a problem. You could always call the store and ask to be sure.💋🍀
