When I Googled Dog Parks this came up as one of them is this in fact a park that I am permitted to bring my dogs? Also If I can is there a seperate area for my dogs that I can put my dog in (Fenced in area ) to be able to get exercise?

Yeah, I mean to add to what the person above said, I bring my dog here often and because it's such a huge park that's not super populated, like say the Wissahickon, I have let my dog off leash to follow me on a trail, but there's nothing fenced in. Obviously that depends on your dog and if they can handle themselves in that way, but theres rarely anyone there enforcing leashing or anything.

Not a dog park. However. I have brought my dog here for years. If dog is well trained most of the very large park is fine to run free. Just avoid the pic nice and play areas. When I say years, I mean years.

Leash and a great little hiking trail

My husband and i bring our dog there all the time and they love it. It's a disc golf course, so just make sure your dog is on a leash and doesn't chase the discs

Dogs are allowed. On a leash. There isn't any fenced in area just two open fields and lots of trails. If you are looking for a dog park, there's one in havertown or west chester.
