The classes I've seen are somewhat for the general public. The personal trainers however can help you with a program for your age and body type. They help the young and elderly make the plan that suits then best.
There are mostly general physical education classes. If you sign up for the "design your own" they go over health concerns and help figure out what would benifit you best. In "orientation" they spend time with you to show you the machines and how they can be used properly. The other classes are a group of people and focus on the areaof the body/gym that is listed in their name. All these classes are free to all members! And you can sign up by calling, using the app, or in person. Walking into the class is possible but as they are first come first serve isnt recommended. On website you can choose the PF closest to you and get a free day pass. They will give you a tour and explain things to you!
