Overall good customer service, with one exception. Ms. Thompson seems to always be having a bad day, and it is apparent to everyone she waits on. The pharmacists are professional and friendly.

You would think people working in a pharmacy would exhibit at least a slight bit of care for the people needing their services. They do not. They are inept, uncaring, and at times hostile towards those they should be helping. Use any other pharmacy - it will be better than this place.

Karen is the ABSOLUTE RUDEST THING I have ever had to deal with! I moved all my prescription to Walgreens!! Much nicer group of people there!! I was floored at how BAD Karen spoke to me! I WILL NOT Tolerate ANYONE speaking like that to me!!! So disrespectful at a time when she should have compassion for people! I think she’s a Racist big time!!! She also talks down to the sweet girls that work with her!!! Someone seriously needs to FIRE this HAG!!! I’m shocked that with all the bad reviews that she is allowed to continue to have a job there!!!

Call the pharmacy and just listen, the recording will tell you the web address to get that information. I hear the instructions every time I call in my prescription.
