There are 3 main types of things for weight lifting; machines, free weights, power lifting, and strongman equipment is avaliable. There are 2 cardio decks and a practice stage for bikini competitors. There is a boxing ring and variety of heavy bags. You can spar with your own partner or contact Coach Cortez for classes. There is MMA with Coach Wright as well, but the MMA room is only open for class. They have a viking combat school and several kinds of coaches as well.
